About the Weight Loss Show
The weight loss I want to teach you about is the type that gives you the healthy body you deserve while being the right fit for you and your current desire level, age, or stage.

I'm talking about whole body health that helps you move well, think well and be well and assists your future health. Poor self- care, eating habits and a lack of fitness is often but not always tied to a high BMI (body mass index) and this can impact your health and blood labs, hormones, blood sugar, immune system, mood, cardiovascular and musculoskeletal health.
In The Weight Loss Show we talk about taking steps that don't just focus on the number on a scale but rather the health entry points, habits and mindset shifts that make the difference in improving your mood, strength, attitude, clarity, energy, sleep, and other health conditions so you feel well, be well, move well and age well.
Poor body care robs you of so much more than the image you see in the mirror or the number on the scale. I don't want you to be stuck in a place where your habits support poor body care.
