I’ve found there are 8 entry points into weight loss. When it comes to how to lose weight, usually we work best when we can find our doorway in. Not every way works for us at all time, while something is working for one person, it may not work for you even if it sounds like a good plan. Sometimes it just takes learning about your own unique entry point into weight loss to get motivated and really get into action in your health.
The problem is, it’s hard to get started and sometimes we are in a different age, stage or situation then when we’ve done it before.
What worked for you in the past, for instance like exercising, may not be right for you today depending on your strength, energy and sleep patterns. It's not something to be thrown out, but what I'm saying is, in order to get started, maybe there's another point can you start from. Where can you get your motivation for weight loss or to make a health turn-around starting today?
