In this episode of The Weight Loss Show, certified health coach and Paleo Organizer, Beth Perry speaks about the importance of setting your kitchen and pantry up for renewing your health habits, whether that is for making a health turn-around, losing weight, or finally just loving your kitchen space - because you love to look at it and be in it, despite all the meal-prepping, groceries and dish and container supplies you have. Every habit starts somewhere, does your new health habit begin in preparing and organizing your kitchen and pantry spaces?
The problem people face is that
  • You get overwhelmed with where to start when it comes to organizing your kitchen and pantry. This can make it challenging to implement new health habits.
  • You may organize your space based upon trendy organizing methods and when they don't work, you’re left without a method and may give up on ever creating a good system you can use.
  • The budget can get out of hand when you forget what you have planned and your meal -prepping can get left behind
